Our owner and head chef Danny has had over 20 years experience working in some of London’s most recognised kitchens like Rules (Covent Garden), The Reform Club (Pall Mall), Butlers Wharf Chop House (Tower Bridge) to name a few.
Before starting up on his own he also headed up a successful outside catering company which looked after Sport clubs summer balls, premier league football team trophy parade, dinner parties for foreign embassy ambassadors, Cancer research, V-festival and cooked for celebrities and food for TV.
